Hello it's been awhile........

Wow, I had not noticed that it has been forever since I have blogged. So sorry. I have been very busy with the sewing and knitting. I made neckwarmers of all kinds for Christmas gifts and found some earmuffs here in Key West to send with them.

As some of you know already Bill and I have been waiting for orders to our next duty station. And the winner is........Silverdale, Washington. I have found some wonderful people on Ravelry and on the fleet and family sites so I should be right at home in no time. We are really, really looking forward to the weather changes. The boys are really wanting snow. So bring it on.

There are so many other things to do there than there is here. This is really no place for a kid to have fun unless they do sports. So we welcome the change with arms open wide. And I am going to love getting back to work and all the yarn stores and knit sit ins.

The sad thing is that Bill is in dry dock now and will be away for Valentines day and maybe St. Pat's too. We do hate missing holidays. So we have the web camera and the internet to keep in touch for now. Soon enough we will not have to worry anymore. He will have some schools to go to but that is nothing.
