Wow, what a busy last few weeks I have had. When it rains it does POUR!!!!

I was busy doing my uniforms for the dress white ball and went to the craft store to get more supplies for some Chef pants for a friend when I ran into the music director of the keys kids play productions. She was there getting supplies for costumes that ended up in my houses as she needed another hand to make them as time was running out for making things. So long story short......I made 30 costumes from scratch and did some lettering and then sewed some more and fixed some more and added patches here and there. And managed to get it all done and the play was just great. Got all the tickets I could use and had a ball. Really nice. I then on the last day of the play got a generous gift for helping out. Really great. I am now back to knitting and finishing up some hand warmers for the shop down town. Hoping to get there tomorrow but I have been in bed all day with a fever and shakes. Weather here has got me with the flu I do believe. So I will take my meds and hope for the best.

I am going to continue to knit as well as get things in order for a easy pack for the movers in May. I also may be driving the school bus here for a few months to help out we will see what comes of that. Never know. Would be fun again though to get back on a bus.
